International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that international shipments may be subject to additional customs fees, duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Damaged or Lost Items

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement or refund.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Delivery Time

Delivery times vary based on your selected shipping method and destination. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days, while expedited shipping options are available for faster delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order's progress and estimated delivery date.

Return & Exchange Policy

Our Return & Exchange Policy is designed to give you peace of mind when making a purchase from us. We understand that sometimes things may not work out as expected, and we want to make the process as simple as possible for you.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back to us

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Damaged or Defective Items

We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different color, size, or style, please contact us within15 days of receipt. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

Non-Returnable Items
